Our Privacy Policy includes “Ditcheat Big Screen” which is operated and managed by the trustees of the Jubilee Hall

What information do we gather when you purchase tickets for Ditcheat Big Screen?

As a visitor to this site you may be asked to provide us with personal information such as your name, address, telephone number and email address when you fill out a form.  This information is collected for internal administrative purposes only and will not be passed to any other organisation unless we required to do so in order to comply with legal statute. The only mandatory information that we require is that you provide us with at least with your full name and e-mail address. This information is needed to complete a ticket sale and/or to allow us to contact you if required.

Your payment details

On line card payments are handled separately, and securely, by Braintree who are a division of PayPal Inc. and those details are never gathered by us and we never have access to them.

How do we process your information, and for what purpose?

We require the information for the following reasons.

  1. We need your full name and e-mail address so we can send you your tickets electronically.
  2. If necessary we can re-issue your tickets and possibly offer refunds.
  3. We use this information for our own record keeping and accounting.
  4. We may also use these details to send you information about our future shows. If you wish to be removed from the mailing list, simply check the relevant box during the booking process or at any time you can send us an email  requesting us to remove you from our mailing list (see below for information on how to contact us).

Who will we share this information with?

We do not share the information we collect with any third party apart from The Little Box Office, who host the ticket booking site and hold this information for us.  The Ditcheat Big Screen and The Little Box Office are both subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.

How do we protect your information?

We follow the Information Commissioner’s Office’s recommendations for our own data security. Our Payment Processor use their own security measures to keep your personal banking details safe, including safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption. What rights do you have to access, change or remove your information?

Among others, you have the statutory right to a copy of the information we have collected from you. Additionally, you are entitled to have inaccurate personal data rectified or destroyed.  You have the right to access and amend or ask us to remove your personal information at any time.
